Discovery Call
$10
A thirty-minute strategy consultation. The $10 is a non-refundable commitment fee. It includes an eleven-question intake questionnaire and a prepared, research-backed consultation. There is no free trial; this is the low-risk first step.
First Chapters Diagnostic
$400
Editorial feedback on the first 10,000 words, for authors who want to test the fit before committing. The full fee counts toward a Manuscript Review.
Manuscript Review
$1,500
Up to 80,000 words; $15 per 1,000 words above that.
A three to four page editorial evaluation covering overall impressions; what is already working; what to revise at content and chapter level; recommendations; and a cost and time quote for next steps. The full fee counts toward a Complete Manuscript Package if the author books within 60 days.

Complete Manuscript Package

Includes developmental editing, line-by-line editing and proofreading, professional interior formatting, guided self-publishing setup on Amazon KDP and IngramSpark, and strategy calls throughout. Standard turnaround three to four weeks per editing stage. Rush turnaround adds 35 percent.
Individual editing stages
Quoted per project after the Discovery Call or Manuscript Review.
Fiction is accepted selectively. Ghostwriting is available.

Hybrid publishers typically charge $10,000 or more per book. Here the author keeps 100 percent of rights and royalties.
BILLING AND POLICY
How projects are billed
Every first call is $10
The $10 Discovery Call is the first step for every project, whether you need subscription-based writing coaching, any phase of editing, publishing help, or business and brand copywriting. The fee exists because it filters out non-committal enquiries and keeps the calendar serious.
Coaching
Writing coaching is a month-to-month subscription with no minimum term, billed through PayPal. The tiers are $650 monthly, $1,100 biweekly, and $1,900 weekly.
Word allowances
Unused word allowances do not roll over, unless agreed case by case.
Editing
Editing is separate from coaching. Once a manuscript reaches the editing phases it is quoted as a package, not as a subscription, and it is billed 50 percent up front and 50 percent at the halfway mark. This applies to the Complete Manuscript Package and to individual editing stages.
Timing
Coaching runs while the manuscript is still being written, because no one can predict when a specific draft will be ready for editing.
Tools and files
He works in Microsoft Word with Track Changes, and also supports Google Drive and Apple Pages. All project files are kept in a shared cloud Dropbox paid for by him, so authors pay nothing for storage or software.
